Red Lobster

The food was definitely good, but the service was kind of disappointing. My husband and I care here three weeks ago with our son, and the waiter seemed really frazzled the whole time. The restaurant was far from busy, but we didn’t get our sons food or drink until we were ready to leave. For the price we payed, I expected food to be served together. Especially when your two year old is getting fussy because of hunger. He ended up eating half of my pasta while waiting for his kids menu food.

Our food and service was very good. I'm am extremely appalled at the customers sitting next to us we 20 people though.... they literally tipped the 3 waiters serving them $10 TO SHARE. Thank you wait staff for all that you do with such little reward from some!

I don't actually eat seafood but the family wanted to go. Quick and good service. I got the steak. Wasn't bad but wouldn't buy it again. The family had no complaints about the food. They really enjoyed it.

The server was great and we didn't have to ask her to bring the biscuits or a refill😋 the lobster tails were not over cooked! Kudos to the kitchen staff each dish was delicious!

If you've got time come here. We came for dinner and spent a solid 2 hours and they weren't busy. Time management isn't well known around here. We waited forever for our salads then 5 mins later our food came out. As always the biscuits are amazing but probably wont be back for a while. Also for 4 people it was around 140 bucks with 2 drinks. Seems expensive to me for slow service.

The food arrived quick and hot and I definitely enjoyed the food. The customer service was friendly, it made me feel comfortable being there. The meal I had was outstanding and was presented nicely. Overall, I would come here again with no hesitation.

What can you say about red lobster. They have all you can eat. Also they have the best corn bread in town they are si little but delicious

Where can i start.... This restaurant is really the best ever. The staff, the chief's even the manager's are very helpful. We had a reservation for an retirement party at Theo's and they are not a nice establishment to go to if you are people of color. Red Lobster is always the place to go even for a Steak. I've been going there for over 15 years and always been treated like Royalty. BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

It was a time that we had a crave for Lobster 😋 and Shrimp.. but we missed the all you can eat shrimp 4pm to 6 pm🤔 . But we settle for a surf n turf ..🤗.

I had the shrimp trio last night . My fried shrimp were too salty and oily. My friends dish was completely oily. We both got I'll with upset stomachs and diarrhea. It was crowded at the restaurant last night so I'm sure the cooks were rushing and over worked. usually, the food is excellent and the drinks are always on point.

My friend and I came here on this day to relive the good old days. We had an attentive server who knew how to gauge our situation and was gracious and courteous throughout our meal. I always go here, and I'm willing to keep going here for as long as I'm able. Thank you Red Lobster for a great lunch! Everything was on point!

It was great Girls Night out.. our server Stasion was great. He was very knowledgeable about menu and catered to all our requests. ❤❤🎶🥂💯

The meal was great, and the service was too. Only 4 stars as the coffee was cold every time it was served. Overall it was good.

Food was Great! We called ahead! That person was very polite and helpful! The Greeters as well as the waitress and were Great!!! 👌

Food was good, felt sorry for staff as they were clearly understaffed and under pressure. However this led to long wait times and for us frustration in getting our food. I like Red Lobster especially the one in Times Square (which is excellent) but this one did not get to those levels

Yesterday was our first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the excellent cooking and booze and with the comfortable pay. We will no doubt visit there soon.

James my waitor was amazing he was so informative and helpful made sure he came to our table to check on us he was so great I'll def be back to this location!!! Also all the staff was very friendly and greeted us thanks James for great service!!

Very enjoyable dining experience. Food was superb as was the service. Grace was our server and she was so friendly and smiling the whole time. She knew her timing between items. She was great.

No line no wait service was quick and wonderful. Now the new lobster butter dish was nothing to write home about. Skip it if u can and go for the tried and true staples. The new butter lobster dish is small plain and a waste of time compared to the rest of the menu. Service was excellent.
